1. Who runs this site
This site is published by Fokou Longla Jerry. For any question about this policy or your personal data, you can write to us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you provide it to us voluntarily, in particular through the free training request form. The information requested is: your name, your country, your language, your age, the content of your message, and a way to contact you again (WhatsApp number or Telegram username). None of this information is collected without an explicit action on your part.
Like most websites, our host may also automatically record certain standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and for the proper functioning of the site.
3. Why we collect this data
This data is used exclusively to answer your training request: to contact you again by the means you chose (WhatsApp or Telegram), to adapt our reply to your country and language, and to ensure quality follow-up. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Where and how your data is stored
Your data is stored in a secure database, accessible only to the site team. It is kept for as long as needed to process your request, and can then be deleted simply on request.
5. Your rights
You can at any time ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely, by writing to the email address given above.
6. Consent
By ticking the consent box on the form before sending it, you explicitly agree that the data you provide may be processed in accordance with this policy. No personal data is collected through this form without this prior authorisation.
7. Links to third-party sites
This site contains links to third-party platforms (notably Betwinner and our social networks). Once you leave our site through one of these links, the privacy policy of the third-party site concerned applies — we invite you to read it.
8. Cookies and statistics
This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. The only technical items stored in your browser, if any, serve solely for the proper functioning of the site. We measure traffic anonymously (page views, button clicks), without cookies and without recording your IP address. Some pages may offer a YouTube video. It only loads after you click the play button: until you click, no connection is made to YouTube. Once the video is started (enhanced privacy mode, youtube-nocookie.com), YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, in line with its own privacy policy.
9. Minimum age
This site promotes sports betting services and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
